So, the website we’ve had for oh… six years or so just disappeared one day not too long ago. I don’t know exactly what happened, but I couldn’t contact the host provider at all. After days of trying (and yeah, kind of flipping out), I finally gave up. Truth is, we were pretty tired of it anyway – something I designed long ago, and that desperately needed updating. So the choice was made for us: figure out how to make a new one (or hire someone to do it for us) – quickly. I chose the do-it-yourself option (being the bootstrappers that we are), and have been immersed in web design… which explains the dark circles under my eyes and glazed look I sometime get after staying up half the night trying to translate geekese. But it’s coming along! The structure is happening, and now all we need is content. Oh, that. It should all be up soon, so keep checking back.
Anyway, once in a while for nerve-calming, I need to gaze at my favorite picture: a photo taken at the coast near Mendocino a few years ago. Can’t you almost hear the ocean? Thought you might like this.
